i have been using DELL for 3 years and it really works great for me.
So i'll Recommend You to Buy Dell Laptop.

HP / Compaq have been best in Laptops for long time now. I have been using HP Laptops for last 4-5 years now. Their Pavillion Series is best in entertainment.

dell is the best brand according to me !! Hp are good too but it really depends of your computer's use
